Freefind is service that provide search functionality with your site. Free version is ad-supported and has a 32MB size limit, an paid subscription levels range from $5 to $79 depending on the number of pages on your site.

- -Very affordable compared with other products. -They offered GREAT support, responded very quickly to issues.

- -You do have to pay to have your own wrapper, but again, it was cost-effective
We used this service on a site I used to work on for about 2 years. It worked great, they were very flexible, and had fantastic customer service.

- Great customer service, very affordable, good nonprofit rate, and even with the nonprofit rate we got first-class service from a person, not from an automated response email system. Also great reports automatically emailed to us. The only reason we're not using them any more is that we've got to use the new search that comes with our CMS.

- Great pricing has page limits, so if your site is very in-depth that might be an issue. Reporting only includes individual words and not the phrases people searched for. Had to put in a lot of our own tags and make fake pages with just keywords for order forms hosted on separate secure server.
This is a great product, a real bargin, and very non-profit friendly.

- In some cases this software may not heip while clearing the downloads.
It is very usefull software in any organisation but the thing to be available is it should be totally cleaning.
